June 9, 2025 – PT Medtech is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Young (杨益明) as its new Chief Executive Officer. With proven leadership and deep expertise in medical device technology, Mr. Young will guide PT Medtech into its next chapter of sustainable growth and innovation.

Mr. Young brings over 30 years of industry experience, having held senior leadership roles at global innovators including Hologic, Philips Healthcare, and Haier Biomedical. His expertise spans corporate strategy, global market development, M&A, product innovation, and operational excellence, bringing to PT Medtech a track record of proven strategic and results-driven leadership.

Before joining PT Medtech, Mr. Young founded Apus Healthcare, a consultancy supporting life sciences and medical device companies with strategic planning, operational management, and business development. Under his leadership, the firm delivered significant outcomes, including high-impact mergers & acquisitions and international partnerships, that strengthened clients' competitive positions.
